Type Of Glue For Mirror Rubber Boots???

Open To suggestions???
What type of glue should I use to glue the mirror rubber boots to the upper fairing?
I just picked up a pair of used RZV mirrors and it seems that the mirror rubber boots will need to be securely glued to the upper fairing as they may have shrunk just a little bit with age... Thanks...

They came pre glued, peel and stick new. I would use weatherstrip adhesive.

something not too aggresive... or hard ....perhaps a silicon style adhesive

weather strip adhesive can go hard but is easy to remove. But a good silicone adhesive would work as well. Just don't use super glue

I recommended weather strip glue as I bought new ones and the glue the factory used was marginal at glueing them down.

I'm giving the weatherstrip adhesive a try...
Looks to be holding okay, even with the cold
temps here today...

just pull the mirror stork up till it traps the rubber against the faring on the inside job done.

What about windshield adhesive? It bonds to paint and rubber and is easy to work with.
