1. RZ500 engine with carbs and electrics. Complete rebuild. New cranks from Vito's. Mitaka pistons at 57.4 bore. All OEM rubber seals and Orings. Top end gasket kit is Hendler. Cylinders and head stripped and painted high heat semi gloss black. All engine covers powder coated black. No internal modifications, all stock. Comes with stock carbs, coils, wiring harness (a little tatty), cdi (1ge), ypvs controller, and whatever else I find. This is a ready to run set up. $9500
2. Suzuki RG500 engine with carbs and electrics. Motor was a 400 but resleeved to 500 professionally (OMC dealer). No miles. Gord Bush cranks. We slotted the rear notch to give 40 degrees for programmable ignitions. So there are some test miles on the cranks as a 400. Gord rechecked them, no issues. Everything brand new. Pistons 56 mm, cyls ported with exhaust up 1.5 and widened to 38, exhaust valves port matched, heads shaved 0.25 and recut, all new updated gears with Ellis Moore tall first, straight primaries, lightened/balanced flywheel, intakes ported, intake bolts counterbored, carbs to 30, restacked clutch with CNC pressure plate, carbon RV's with more timing (145/70), shift support, wiring harness, choice of ignition (wolf or zeeltronic), using premix but can be returned to injection, powder coated covers with choice of stock or modded stator side (type of shifter being used). $13000
