Check valves

Hi guys I’m looking at fitting some check valves to the oil lines just wondering if anyone has any pictures on where they should be fitted

Ony my RZV, i fitted them at the pump, On my RZ500 I fitted them behind the crank cover, the little plastic cover at the end of the upper crank..

Thanks. Do you need to drain the oil or can you just cut the line and install.

I would fill the valves with oil using a syringe, cut the line and fit that way there will be very little air introduced

I cut the lines and fitted them, This was a new build so I was running premix till all the lines were pumping oil..

I have these on all of my bikes as well and they work great. Years ago before I started using these my Rz500 was locked solid as the crankcase was full of 2 stroke oil!
