Sounds reasonable. Mine with oval bored carbs that Rick Lance did with pipes and Zeel is 90 and 47 ft lb. I believe around 9,500 to 10 k max power. Shift at that point or 9 when at the track. Those 4 carbs are a bitch.

The carbs were hard work - they all ended up a little bit different on needle height - to my surprise the jets were leaner in the rear cylinders which was a first for me.rz500guytexas wrote: ↑Wed Jan 04, 2023 11:44 am Sounds reasonable. Did his dyno do A/F ratio or CO. I take it no EGTs are installed. I always run the same main jets in mine. Could be float levels. But if it is running well, congrats.

No EGT’s fitted . The dyno was a new Dynostars dyno z as nd it looked at A/F ratio’srz500guytexas wrote: ↑Thu Jan 05, 2023 10:17 am Did his dyno do A/F ratio or CO. I take it no EGTs are installed. I always run the same main jets in mine. Could be float levels. But if it is running well, congrats.
It was Dave at MuttsNuts who did the work.

I tried to dyno my TZR and the reading showed way lean. I knew it was not bad jetting but jetted up and it would not run. Back to what I had and ran fine. I installed some EGTs and watched them. I bought a new sensor for his dyno and kept it. I knew doing a two stroke ruins the sensors so used my own. It plugged in the dyno fine but maybe was calibrated incorrectly.
