Replica parts

#1 Post by rzluis » Fri Mar 05, 2021 4:08 am

I am returning to the group after an absence for some time .

I have 2 NS400Rs one Rothmans and one tricolour . 5 RZ500s and 5 RG500s

As a hobby but now as an obsession I have been reproducing 3D replica printed parts for classic and vintage bikes .

I have an end to end solution for reverse engineering quality parts in a range of materials . I have a 3D systems Fig4 printer , 3 Markforged printers Onyx 1 , MK2 and x7 , a Raise 3D and a Mobix Metre large format 3D printer .

I am reaching out to NS400R owners to ask what they need reproduced . I can take the parts from one of my bikes and reverse engineer its for you . As an enthusiast I am aiming to bring these items to owners at a reasonable cost .

I am based in Sydney Australia and currently exports over 30 parts worldwide .

Ask and if the demand is there Ill get on it .Luis

Welcome aboard again. A few items off the top of my head would be RZ500 battery cover with the window in it, and the side cover triangle piece. Ns400 would be the kickstand fairing. I have mine but they seem rare. Best of luck with your venture.

For the rz500 how about the anti-dive unit plastic parts - the black adjuster knob and the clear part with the red line ? I am sure there would be a few keen on that.

For the ns400r the fairing air scoops seem to be as rare as hens teeth.

Cheers
Mark.
