RD500LC Parts Wanted - UK

I'm just after the following RD500LC parts if anyone has available. I sure like hens teeth these days!

1. Genuine Oil tank metal security cover (bracket) - LHS - Olive passivate
2 . Genuine Coolant and overflow tanks - metal security cover (bracket!) - RHS - Olive passivate
3. Genuine black domed nuts for screen screws

Please name your price if have any the above available.

I have some NOS RD 400 parts to swap if prefer.

I've ordered the nuts from Fowlers, so on the way.

How are general parts availability for the RD5's now in UK...
I see NOS parts from far east are fetching serious money.

I'll be happy with decent used on the security covers / brackets if can find.

Anyhow thanks again and please let me know if anyone has those brackets for sale.

A number of us has sent out a wanted message for the brackets you're chasing, to no response at this stage.

They seem to be few and far between, quite upsetting when you think how many of them ended up missing in the first place

I think I have at least one but it's a bit bent.
Not so bad that it can't be straightened.

I would sell this one as I have a NOS part.

Yes, I knew these parts would be difficult but just a matter of finding what I can at present and making do until something better or NOS comes along...
the real hens teeth!!

I work on the basis...something better than nothing!
