500 Two-Stroke Tech

Is my first post to the forum and i want to say hi to all 2stroke lovers.
I have an rg500 japanese import with 5.000 kilometers and the bike is seem that is restricted, my ns400 and the rzv500 i have is more powerfull.is anyone khow if the japanese import rg was restricted?
