Picked up my bits from the powdercoaters, Really nice work, Also cleaned up the RZV frame, Spent hours cleaning it with 0000 wire wool and acetone, Looks great, slowwwww work though..

Alex, My refinisher did an amazing job on the stock silencers for the RZV

Little progress today, Slow part is washing every single part, Brass brushing and cleaning, The wiring isn't too bad, Re-taped the harness, I use TapeCase TC790 Dry Vinyl tape, just like OEM and no sticky crap. All the connectors are in excellent shape, Lucked out there,
I also picked up a NOS RZV harness in Canada for $155 shipped, Lucked out there also...

Do you have before and after for the silencer refinishing? Also, are they now just painted or? The original finish is hard to distinguish exactly what it is. People think it is anodised, but I think it is something else.

Rolling.... Almost..... Ohlins is out getting revalved and resprung for the new swingarm, All titanium bolts from England, replaced all the rotor bolts and caliper bolts and various bolt on the bike.. Just a little bling.. Switches are repainted and new decals. Yambits decals and another ser of decals from Ebay, Different size writing,, 2 sets matching..

Lol, Not a bloody chance, this one is for the chopping block, California titled frame and matching cases, Not enough parts to build it, But it would make a great donor for a Canada plated bike etc,
