Hi
I've positioned a lot of components under the tank as shown. Any potential issues with overheating? Esp the rectifier??

The regulator-rectifier sheds excess charge as heat. Just make sure it has a good mount to act as a heat sink.

I have done the same thing. No problems have been encountered.

You need a good ground from the rectifier base/mount to chassis. I had to run a separate ground wire due to powder coating the mounting plate I used.

Thanks for this guys. i did not realize that the body needed to be grounded. Making a new loom so might run a ground wire to it.
