this is the sample for the rear just to give you an idea how they will be..
Bore will be 56.5 to 69 mm.

again thanks Zomaardan, it was the first cut to get 0-rings right and to get it where the rear needs that pocket so it forces the water into the cyl. the front and rears have different water paths obviously, what I'm really after is on like my 64mm cylinders the piston is not decking flush on the deck so now (after correct port timing) I can just cut a dome with a step in it and I'm done.

That boss of aluminum in the top pic is actually for the tapped 8mm holes that go in the lower head for the fairing brackets. The top plate has the finished pocket where that junction block gets held in by the 6mm bolt, front will have the bleeder screw and rear will have the bung for the overflow hose.

It was pulled off the machine before the notch for the P/V was machined in.

This is the cover for the lower cylinder. Im waiting on all the red ones from the anodizors and I will chamfer it when I get them. But this is basically what it will look like.
