Setting full throttle on the carb

Hi Guys

One question : for the setting full throttle, the arrow in the pulley (red) Is well align with the red mark on the body carb ?

I need to align the red Line or the blue line of the pulley with the red Line on the body carb ?

I always reach in and feel the slide to be sure they are full open then adjust them all

Tu ne peux pas te tromper : il n'y a qu'un coté du repère de réglage qui soit parallèle avec le repère fixe.
