Hi Guys, thought Id share a jacket or two that i've had (or am having ) made. First let me say that I am in no way affiliated with the seller, Im just a customer thats very happy with the product, so thought id share.

So... a while back I bought a bike and it came with a Repsol Honda jacket and the seller told me he got it made by a guy in Pakistan. Id always been very skeptical about off-shore jackets and had never ordered one. This guy I got the bike from had ordered several jackets and had been very happy, so I decided to give the guy a try.

First jacket I bought was a Valentino Rossi FIAT Yamaha jacket to match my Rossi R1. Since then I've bought a total of 14 Jackets from the guy in Pakistan, and im happy with them all. (yes im now hooked on jackets as well as bikes).

They are all custom made to my measurements
You can customize them and change logos etc
Order with or without external armour
Come with zip out liners
You can order with our without a back hump
You can order with perforated leather or solid

Average price for a jacket is ~$250USD incl shipping. Takes 2-4 weeks typically to get it made and shipped depending how busy they are, it ships with DHL.

You can also choose Kangaroo instead of cow hide. (but that is extra $)

The fellow also makes full suits, gloves, boots and pants.

I have some pants and gloves as well.

The guy I got the Repsol bike off also had the chance to test the quality of a full suit in a track days slide and it did very well

Ive also ordered several jackets that were 100% custom to my design

I'd appreciate the info.

I always have a tough time finding a jacket that I like. I end up buying the best design/construction that I can find, but sometimes it's just settling for what's available. And the cost these days can make the whole purchase unpleasant.

I'd like a blue and white jacket of some design to match my supermoto bike, and a streetfighter hooligan jacket. I also have an interesting idea for an RZ350 jacket.

Straycat- your lineup of bikes and jackets is incredibly awesome. Something I would absolutely love to see in person. More pics of your jackets and bikes would be great. Thanks, much for posting!

There are many different design of jacket available too. some have zipper cuffs, some have velcro and zipper cuffs, neoprene cuffs, leather cuffs, stretch fabric in the arms for comfort on some, etc etc. Retro jackets with no stretch fabric, etc etc. The sky is the limit.

Neoprene fabric at the back of the neck is a nice touch, the jackets dont chafe at all.

I also designed myself a pair of leather pants, I wanted a pant that was sport inspired with stretch fabric in the crotch and inside leg, but something that would not look out of place on my Adventure bike or my Cruiser, so I had cargo pockets added , and synch straps on the ankles etc. I had them made with internal armour only, so they dont look like a super sport pant. theyre Soooo comfy, and I had perforated leather used on the front so my legs stay cool in the summer too.,

Options to express your custom needs & designs are varied, If your handy with photo shop, you an take one of his existing designs and modify it, and then send him that and he will enter it into his own software, you can send him pic of one you have seen online, or you can hand draw a design and take a photo and send that to him... Ive done all 3, either way, you'll see the design and you approve it before it goes to production.

Its a bit addicting really, after my Freddie Spencer jacket arrives im out of jacket hanging space. But all is not lost, Im having some more gloves made instead.

Wow, very cool jackets and great to know they are functional too. That guy does great work.

You have a very nice collection of bikes as well, all neatly on display. It reminds me of a dealer showroom. It looks like a vast majority are bikes you can just hop on and take for a spin without too much worry of a breakdown due to their age. Are you able to find the time to ride them all? Between riding them and keeping up with the periodic maintenance, that number of bikes would be a fulltime job for me! Perhaps when I retire, I might be able to expand on my small collection. For now, I feel bad enough when the bikes get neglected for extended periods of time. And I would rather not own them if they are getting ignored too much.

They all run and ride as they should. I keep a handful insured for the road at any one time. I rotate them for road insurance annually, but the newest ones are on the road all the time (Africa Twin, M109R, VFR800). I cycle through a few of the others each year.

I am retired, but I keep a maintenance log for all the bikes as well.

-They all get started and heat cycled 2x per year even if they are not on the road
-Fuel gets drained and replaced once a year with ethanol free fuel
-Oil is changed if the bike is ridden
-Theyre all on battery tenders to ensure the batteries are kept in good shape
-Other fluids (brake fluid and coolant) are changed at appropriate intervals

-Each bike is gone through front to back when it arrives. If I do a restoration on it, that also helps ensure I have all the parts on hand before I start. Each system/component is checked and condition noted, parts ordered if needed and then it all gets checked again as it goes back together. The 84 Honda CBX750 will be this winters project, pretty rare here in North America. It will be a bare frame restoration, and the engine will be coming apart as well (have to replace the starter clutch which is buried under the transmission, many bikes have the Sprague clutch behind an engine cover on the side, not this one. Same engine as the 750 Night Hawk S)
