camshaft adjust rd 500

hello all
after a major problem on the circuit, cylinder Right bottom going complete stuck at 220 km,
so dismantled the complete engine again, and now building up with new bored cylinder and new piston
bud after measurement of camshaft 1 and 2 , i have a different at BDP , front piston is on 0 , and rear piston is 4 hundred mm to late at BDP, almost 2 degrees later
between left and right the same problem
so my question, is there a way to adjust the 2 camshafts with a woodruff key ? , bud than offset
i heard about it bud can not find it

Hi Jan,

I had a few Offset keys made for forum members on here & I also had some made up for a group.
Unfortunately I have sold all the “2.5 degree” offset keys now.
However, if there is enough interest I could get some more made. Drop me a pm.
