How to buy on Yahoo Japan?

#1 Post by 2smoke » Fri Nov 30, 2018 3:09 pm

Hi Gents
I need to buy something small on Yahoo Japan.
Whos the latest best buying agent/ site that can get this done for me to Canada?
I know about the 2x shipping and agent % already.

Well on the advice of a forum member I joined Auctions.yahoo.co.jp/Buyee
After joining and reading various info it tells me this:

"On Nov 15th, Japan Post announced that due to strikes of Canada Post, Japan Post has temporarily suspended shipping process to Canada."

What a buzzkill :smt011

Ok, back in business.
New message on Yahoo.

"NOTICE: The strike in Canada Post has finished and postal delivery will resume from 5 December 2018"

I wouldn't use that 05 Dec date Colin. Don't forget that Canada Post told 190 countries to stop shipping to Canada until the backlog is cleaned up. At least 30 days. It could be another couple of weeks before international shipments start heading this way again.

I use Jauce.com. I buy quite a few parts on eBay japan. Never had any probs with Jauce. The best part is you buy a bunch of parts over say a month and then have them all shipped in one package.
