New cranks for the bike (made you look)

#1 Post by pstamper » Wed Feb 10, 2016 10:40 pm

I did have new cranks, seat, pedals, and bars put on my bike. This is the one I broke my pelvis on in 2013. I am riding it on the trainer since we are having warmer weather. My IT band is tight and with bad ankle the shorter crank is allowing me to pedal thru on down stroke and I am not pinched at the top. Feels way better and he said my power is more balanced at each pedal . I am getting older and the young guys are harder to stay up with at the track and other benefit I do feel better when I ride it. This guy has a real nice shop and likes a challenge so I was it for the day. Wish that was me in the picture but it is the owner. And most important the pedals are way easier to get out of in the event of an off.
