Mediocrity is a sin !
They are stainless gp Jim Lomas pipes, I bought them for my original project and then this frame came up, the pipes would not fit, and could not find any to fit, so i took the hacksaw to them, tacked them together (5 long weekends) and now they are at the welders, should be back for the weekend.

No, nigel did the engine mounts and cradle, which were done before i purchased the frame.
I filled in the recess with a base of bonding paste (glass fibre based) and a skim of filler, just preference thing, i like the look !
but must admit if i were to do it again i would make plates and have them welded on.

Ah, you spotted that !
Quick synopsis, bought a 500, blew it up, sent engine for rebuild, stripped bike for rebuild, bought swingarm, exhausts, forks, wheels, and modified the frame, this frame came up and put a big spanner in the works, i now have enough wheels forks swingarms frame to build another one and half bikes less engine !
I will add that the bike I stripped was far from original, and after stan stephens advised me the engine wasn't the correct one for the chassis/ bike, I embarked on my madness/mistress

Really awesome tail! Would ask Costin if would build a similar one! Only the entire section should be a bit lowered and it would be perfect!

AKA: Jordi RS 250
Its based on an rs 250 i believe
It was the only one i could get where the exhausts exit out of the seat !
which is the look i like.
Which section do you think is wrong ?
I am modifying the seat where it meets the tank at the moment, to get a more moulded look
