It would be worthwhile to check your regulator/rectifier. A battery dying shouldn't affect your PV controller. A bad RR will kill both, and then some.Dubsey wrote:My battery had died and for some reason took the powervalve control with it

The charging side etc is all ok
I think it was just coincidence
The real problem , in my opinion, is the electronics are coming to the end of their serviceable lives, after all these were never built to last as long as they have
Luckily there are after market electronics available
Not always the case with the mechanicals

Looking good mate.
Re: Gauloises YZR500 3MA (Mistress)
You must have had big fun Mark. It is good to see such exclusive project bikes on the track and not only in garages and shows. Where are the pics of charming Jess on track?
best regards and keep on racing

Jess was probably too fast for the camera
Re: Gauloises YZR500 3MA (Mistress)
Nice photos Mark, professionally taken? That one of you sitting in the van with Jess (?) looks like a magazine shoot? Bikes in foreground, riders acting casual in the background. Brilliant! As Wolfgang says, nice to see the bikes being used! Shame on me!

Looking great and it is nice to see a piece of history being used at a quality race track. Nice riding style. Can not wait for next track day. Will not be as pretty as yours but will be just as much fun as you know. Be safe.
