Tnx. i will be a track bike only. I removed the kickstarter, so the only way is to push.

Like the idea of the new top case ..... what barrels are you thinking of using ...... what wheelbase have you got using the RS swinger.....good looking bike and nice wieght :grin:

The 3D image looks great. Have you considered plumbing the coolant through it?

plumbing through the topcase is (by my thinking) the way to go...

I have just (with the big help of a friend of mine) realized it on my engine while i was rebuilding it after the engine practically exploded on a trackday at Assen.

The engine became much to hot and i wanted to change the cooling system, so i have made (with the help of that friend) individual cylinderheads with inserts, and the top cylinders the cooling liquid now runs through the cylinders, passing the exhaust port and going through the topcase and leaving through the under block before returning to the waterpump.

I think that we have solved the "upper cylinder running warm problem" with these mods, but i only can be sure after some testing on the testbench soon.

And i know ,while Bash is a good friend of mine (i painted his bike) that when it is proven to be working alright he doesn't have to think long to make this also work on his topcase...
