Nice project.

Cheers
No balance axle for me. But I will get new and much better balanced crackshafts in the engine. Saves allot of weight...

Hi Alex,

Nice welding! I saw that you are using a TZR MA3 frame. Why didn't you go for a SZR, it's wider already?

The Engine you saw is not mine
it was modified by Ralf Kras for an italian guy
now i'm biulding frames for my and his engine.

i have an engine with rz350 barrels conversion
but it need a complete disassemble and verify internal organ
and i'm at half of work for a dry clutch
(i asked you some pics' of modified side cover  )

about my frame weight i'm about 11 kg with all patrs before welding
without seat support.
add a couple of kg for some brackets and engine mount.

Hi Bash, welcome back from holiday
Szr frame are basically the same of 3MA
my conversion need a wider and short frame than stock 3MA
because of long swingarm, quicly i can mockup entire rolling chassis

could you explain me your dry clutch drum, with elastic cushion ?

thanks

Thx. this will be a track bike. I can use it for the road, but that's not really comfortable or practical anyway.
