Next step:
New billet yokes.
To make the diving more stiff and better handling. Offset reduced to 25mm. 8-)

Also better looking (weight reducing 70g) :smt002

New rims, PVM alloy billet.
But not the lightest version, because I need street release.
I drive the bike also at the official roads. :smt003

Weight reducing including the lighter brake discs is 4.4kg.
hope for better handling.

I have installed EGT at each exhaust. Because I´m trying to fix new carbs.
It´s for the checking of the correct setup.
Picture of the display you will see at the next pictures
Do you have toggle switch to switch dual display between 4 exhausts?

No, no switch. I have to unplug and connect the other sensors.

But no problem,
I will use them only shortly for checking, than I will switch of the EGT.

If it is not switched on all the time, you will be focused too much to the instrument.
At the racetrack I have only the rpm meter switched on.

Modified the rear calliper.

New holder for ISR brake and new brake cylinder.
Hoping for good performance with the special brake disc (weight saving 450g)

Food/chain protector installed.
Regulation for race.

And a steering damper installed, because I had in Most (racetrack) big shattering. :smt012
Hope this will help.
It´s only a from LSL (had in stock) and Öhlins is too expensive. :-(

Preparing adapters for the front brake update.
Decided to use ABM 4 piston callipers at front (40mm bolting).

Brembo racing were too expensive :???: and the black colour of ABM will match with my fork.
Templets preparing for adjusting.

New master brake cylinder for the front bake.

I chose Braking (19mm), because the price is ok,
if you are ordering them directly in Italy :smt003
and the experience I have from the TZR 250 was good.

The other aspect was, if I use the same ones at both bikes,
I would only need one time spare parts to carry to the track.

So, adapters painted und assembled. 8-)
First test ride done, working well in combination with the Braking master cylinder.
Less power and stable pressure point. :smt003

Also the yokes with the 25mm offset impressed me.
A total easy handling nearly like with my TZR 250.

Maybe also caused of the weight reducing at the bike with several new components.
I assume 30kg less than the original 216kg.

Will weigh her maybe tomorrow.

So,
172,4kg in the street trim and fully loaded with fuel (approx. 2 to 3 litre missing).

90,1kg at front and 82,3kg at rear.

I think it’s not bad with the steal fame (including extra stiffening welded).

Next step: the modification of the CU.

I chose the PDCI-24V.
2 reasons:
So I’m also able to run it at the track without the alternator spiral package.
Step for future: to assemble a smaller Alternator and pulley. (weight saving of rotation weight.).

But I recognized that I have not the needed Pins (fathers) in stock for the YPVS connectors.
Hopefully it would not be too tricky to organize them.

Also not sure, which ignition and PV curves I should use.
If somebody is having a good ones , please tell me. :-?

If not, I will try the original one with modification at higher rpm.
14° at 10 000rpm and 12° at 12 000rpm.
PV opening will get modified to 6 800rpm starting point and full opened at 9 400rpm.

Depending on your pipes that PV rpms may not suit optimal.
For higher revving stuff 7500 - 10200 (up to 12k) may work better.
