Re: Front & rear sprocket size on a R6 swingarm
Hi
I used an offset front sprocket from a R1 - Think it was a year 2000 - A decent one is approx £20-£30 so really favourable in price.
I have used this application on standard RD frames, SZR660 and also 3MA which have all needed an offset to get the chain perfectly in line.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Ade.

Re: Front & rear sprocket size on a R6 swingarm
Need to machine one side of the sprocket. At least that is what needed done on my Honda 900RR front sprocket. Machine one side for alignment then machine other side to same thickness as stock sprocket. Mine has been like that for 6 years.
Re: Front & rear sprocket size on a R6 swingarm
I am building a hybrid as well with an R6 swingarm and rear wheel. Just wondering what sprocket sizes for the bike using 17" wheels.
Thanks
Thanks

If I'm not mistaken with the R6 Swingarm - the front needs to be a 17T and the rear is 42T.
I hope someone can confirm. Thank YOU Group
