Re: TZR250 "SP" 3XV 3ma
Thank You Ruzty
The differences between them are like night and day. The 3MA SP is a very rare model. The heads are individual not like the regular 3MA where is one piece. The 3MA of course is a parallel engine with the carburetors up front while the 3XV SP is a V shape engine. The SP models whether 3MA or 3XV came with dry clutch. The 3MA is a very pipe bike it comes alive toward the top end. You can also tell the 3XV is a true SP by the forks plus I had a link to a web page in Japanese where they gave a brake down by frame and engine what model it was. It took me a long time to find them. What you found in the western hemisphere it was the regular version of both models or the typical scams from the western hemisphere whether in the United States or Canada.
I was very fortunate for different Yahoo vendors through Yahoo Japan besides Myabee plus and I don't tell them what or how to price the items. These TZR 250 came from two different sellers in japan. What blows me away is the Japanese honesty that is why I went that route. I send each seller 500,000 yen (cash) equals to $5000.00 US dollars. They built me two crates for each bike. It took around six weeks for the bikes to come in. That kind of honesty is very rare in the United Sates and Canada.
