Bloody hell Vin what a beautiful pair. Would you not want to keep both of those. Hope you are geared up for the possibility of having to build some more Vinny replicas.
Fantastic work.

RZV modified frame, Ducati 916 front end, RGV VJ22 rear arm with GK76 GSXR400 rear wheel, translogic dash, ohlins shock to go on plus Jolly Moto's, YZR500 fairing and one of my set units all painted in the same paint scheme as mine.

Wish I could see the top of the head tube. I don't understand how the 1" bracing is shaped and welded to the head tube. I'm curious if the top of the head tube was cut down or modified?

Thanks, Vin!

That's what I was looking for.

There's something between the original head tube and the upper triple. Looks like a machined ring. Not sure of the purpose of that ring. Maybe to use a longer stem, or to raise the upper triple for some type of clearance?

Adding the additional tubing to the top rail is a great mod. I may not be able to do it to my frame, but I've been admiring this work for a long time.
