I haven't built new gears but as Wolfgang wrote (thks), I have machined offset woodruff on the front crack.
It was not very difficult to realize but it was still a bit long to find the best offset.

I can see that being welded from 3 pieces and seems nicely smoothened

Yes there are 4 aluminium parts. One come from the thermostat and the other parts come for oil radiator and machined parts.

Painting job is finish now. I have to adjust the carbon fiber air boxes and restart my 500 to fisnish the engine set up.
