new project

Really cool, keep us updated. Is the expanding foam part of the tail, or just a mould?

First I made a positive model from foam than I made a negative model from it. Whit this model I made the seat from polyester.
The seat is a few mm thick. Did cost me lot of work to shape the seat

What can you tell me about the pipes,are they made by Gutz or Dorr?.

That look is great!
The tail piece really enhances the look. It modernizes the whole look of the bike.

The pipes are from Jolly moto .
The first owner installed them on the bike in 1984. They have a great sound and you can change the damping material very easy.
