It looks like he's running expansion pipes, so 1mm off the head, and the CC reprofiled and he should be fine. But all 4 heads will be need to be done so it'll cost (they look standard at the moment).silverstrom wrote:That's pretty severe. Likely need to replace the head.

Best of luck with that project. The frame will probably be rotted through, i know this from experience, had one that looked better than yours but when blast cleaned was paper thin in places. Unfortunately it had to go to the happy hunting ground.
If only there was more free time.
