fairing replacment

#1 Post by yamorak » Sun Sep 24, 2017 5:55 am

Hello guys,
I am thinking of replacing the fairing on my RD500 uk spec 47x
I have read some of the posts regarding the aftermarket fairings from yambits (fibreglass )
And the plastic fairings from aliexpress. Have many more of you used these and how good do they fit compared to the original.
Many thanks.

I've used one of the Chines fairings. It takes a little work to make it fit, had to make some brackets to reach the air box. Paint is decent hard to complain at about $420 delivered. Didn't use the tank cover. Good enough for a daily rider.
