Spiceboy in Holland? His friend had 2001/2002 version with the large section front fairing in the photo you posted.

It was yrtyzr500. He would not post photo's on the site and some members were sceptical. He is selling RZ500 PROJECT in for sale section also.

I emailed him at eavb@upmail.nl this morning and heard back within a few hours. He sent lots of photo's and I can confirm it is the last version bodywork with the 2 piece tail and wide frontal profile and tank like the photo's you posted. I won't post photo's since he did not himself. Not sure what frame it's mated to, maybe a Costin? I would be interested myself but I already have the Motoforza 2000 version. Good luck and keep us posted.

few days ago I went in contact with a japanese guy
that make many model year yzr bodyworks
ask him for a 2002 set he already make but i get a strange answer
complicated by japanese translation i understand that he has difficult to ship overseas
and he probably has more issues with his activity o working with frp.

Perhaps RZVtokyo or other member in Japan could box them up and ship to you.

i had some chat with fairing makers via facebook
Japanese to English to Italian translation was not esy but I understand there are some difficulties
to make parts and to ship there overseas, so the guys said that he's sorry but he can not go further.

My friend is in need of 88-91 style YZR bodywork , or possibly even the newer versions? I'm not sure what he wants from day to day, not sure he does either....lol

But if you do contact him, please PM me with any info, perhaps if he sells more than one kit, it might sway his desire to ship elsewhere. Also if you find out a price, please let me know as well. As if he does the 88-91 style, I'd be happy to mount my AirTech bodywork to a wall...lol

I have bought and shipped many custom fairings from Japan over the years. All airmail and all arrived in perfect condition.

The problem is normally large belly pans, and I just have them cut in half and then join them when they get here.

Do you have contact info for the manufacturer in Japan?
