Now that the harness is NLA I figure most of us will be fixing old harnesses, I realized I didn't see any info posted on this, so wanted to post up a few sources I have been using to replace old connectors that have broken clips, bad connections etc etc.
First, you need a pin extractor - I got this one and have not run into something it would not work on http://www.amazon.com/Lisle-56500-Termi ... +extractor" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Second you will need a proper RTL crimp tool if you are going to replace connectors, I purchased one from here as I was getting connectors from them http://vintageconnections.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
These guys have a bunch of the connectors on the RZ from bullet connectors on up - website is a bit hard to navigate, they don't show everything under the home page or kits page, best to go to the order page as that has everything individual and pictures of it - prices are reasonable http://vintageconnections.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
They don't have everything, but these guys have pretty much everything http://www.cycleterminal.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - most of the RZ's are 110 or YPC connectors, these guys also have the horn and headlight and other weird connectors for relays etc - between the 2 places you can find almost everything!
Hope this helps if anyone is looking for pins, connectors housings etc.
