Ive had a bit of a search but couldnt find ant info about this subject, but perhaps I missed it
What are these holes for? Are these for some kind of locking grub screw?
I see quite a few bikes in pics have a small grey plastic cap in these holes, does anyone have a part number for these? I cant see it in the parts book at all.

I always assumed they were for handlebar mounting on a different bike, or for wire loom clips/retainers. You know how Yamaha likes to use parts across multiple lines when possible.
