Picture #1 looks like homemade spacer bushings for a wheel or swingarm or steering stem swap to me. What size is the hole?

What finish is that on the battery bracket? It looks really cool. I'm just about to start assembling my RZ500 and was going to get the bracket vapour blasted and powder coated. I'm thinking I like yours better.

Hi,

That's bright zinc (BZP) by Derby Plating who are excellent....

http://derbyplating.co.uk/

I've found Collins Chemical Blacking to be the best for dark olive plating - Derby Plating best at BZP and Yellow Zinc - both are very good at all types of plating though. I'm going to get some chrome done at Derby Plating to see if they can do the thin chrome you see on Yamaha nuts and bolts.

The brackets for sale if you'd like it.

Cheers
Paul
