Hey Johnny here's a picture of my frame bracket, it looks like you would be able to make a little bracket that mounts off those two holes on the bracket closest to the rear wheel. I gave you a pic with one of my GP style pipes on. These are the silver anodized rear sets and brackets.

Thanks,
Jay

Rear sets came in. They will be the nicest thing on my bike. Have CRG levers and I am sure the craftsmanship is every bit as nice. Boxed up nice and individually wrapped and showed up in less than a week. Jay was nice enough to help me on my old rear break line also. Can not wait to try them out and go break the new front rotors in. Thanks jay.

Mounted shifter side and dang there are too many adjustments. Kidding. CRG makes great stuff and this kit is A1 nice!!!! To bad I am putting them on a shitty looking bike. There are a lot of adjustments whether how far you want to move pegs forward or back.. You can even rotate the foot peg itself in 5 positions to match your foot angle as well as matching foot peg angle to shifter location. Then once you get it set there are small adjustment to fine tune the setup. This is important to me due to limited left ankle range Infinite adjustments on shifter connection and able to convert to GP shift if you wish. Needle bearing on the shifter. All you need are some different length allen screws to mount bracket and mount. I got different length ones in case I want to add the spacers which come with kit to move shifter away from frame. For you guys with the nice reproduction bikes these are as nice as you can get. Better get them while they are here. By the way Jay, I did install the o-ring. I am looking forward to a raining track day. Great stuff, thanks.

Tried the rear set on the road

#38 Post by pstamper » Sun Jul 19, 2015 1:50 pm

Went out Sunday even though it was 100 degrees to bed another new set of rotors and try the new rear sets. I relocated both sides back and up. managed to use the stock GSXR master cylinder, brake line, and reservoir and I am OK with all of it. Will get a better bracket for reservoir but it holds fine. Did not try side panel yet. Once I installed kick stand I had to flip the shifter to GP shift for clearance. Working on that.. I will remove it anyway for track days and put back to normal. My only issue is I wish the shift lever was slightly longer. Once I go back to normal shift pattern I think it will be better. Don is also checking on an extension for shifter. I also think if I rotate the footpeg to match the angle to the shifter it will get better also. The pegs are so aggressive that your boot sticks too them. This is a good thing but as much as we have to shift the bike compared to four strokes at the track it will take getting use to. Your foot will sure not slide off the pegs and I can lock my leg into the tank better, all good. All in all for the quality great set up.

Thanks for the feedback, Paul. I think these are so much better than anything out there.

Get them while you can! I only have five sets left, guys.

Thanks,
Jay

Finally made it home to see these. They are works of art. For anyone sitting on the fence about getting a set, you won't be disappointed.

Might move the peg to other hole. Getting another peg and will get it machined round.
