After a few hours of playing with float heights I discovered a couple things A the fuel won't even flow into the bowl at 32mm and B if there is a hairline crack at the base of the overflow tube it will always drip ... uggg
So I have a lot of experience on RZ500 carbs now at least removing and replacing them :smt003
Drip free for now and on to the next challenge , Thanks for all the help !!!

Which bowl is leaking? I hope it isn't what I sent you.

How did you fix it?

Yes one of yours #2, I used one off of my originals. Not a big deal

Sorry about that Rob. I may have been too aggressive with cleaning or just missed it. I can send you another bowl if you'd like. It isn't a problem.
