Spark plugs?

Im trying to find sparkplugs to my 1ge engine with TSI mods. NGK B10h is hard to find. At least in Sweden. What plugs do you use in such engine?

Is there any difference from B10h to B10HS? If it's the same plug I can send you some B10HS :grin:
If I had a signature, it would be good.
