oil pump inlet fitting

#1 Post by kpke » Sat Feb 28, 2015 2:48 pm

Can the supply line fitting on the oil pump be turned without any surprises?

Is it threaded, pressed in or ???

I would like turn this fitting about 45 degrees.

Thanks.

I have a couple pumps on the shelf. I will take a good look at them today and report back.

OK so its 100% pressed but will turn. Just turn it in the direction you need it. Watch the hose routing won't interfere with the arm above it though. I will post a picture tonight.
