Thx Vin. I feel everyone here deserved to know. Was speaking to others about the same thing recently. I believe those of us who are REAL motorcycle enthusiasts, whether just street riding or racing (MX or road), and not the posers we all know about, have a different view of life bc we like living it, not sitting around. With a few rare exceptions, every other racer/rider we met during the time Mick and I were racing/riding were great people who really did care about you and absolutely would help you. That fact was also true in the skiing and bicycling communities with which Mick and I were both involved. It seems that those of us who like to live life by pushing the limits have the most finely tuned moral compass. The few exceptions notwithstanding.
Hopefully, I will be getting pictures a little more organized and will get some more info posted for everyone.
John

John - thanks much for the pics of Mickey - as I mentioned, it's great to put a face to the story...
Go ahead and size your pics larger - there's no problem there! 800 pixels wide should be no problem. (Maybe you were looking at my request for sizes on avatar pics)
And, the latest kudos go to Ronnie, Gary and Matt for their donations - thx guys!!

Agreed Tom. It's nice to put a face to this sad story.
Hopefully Brian will post update pics on the progress of the engine build. It'll be good to see that wrecked motor back together again.

A humourous analogy for something that's really good. I imagine! I like it!
