FRP mainfold Bimota (is plastic part) 418,00 incl. rubberpart and O-ring set + add. O-ring set for spare

I think you need also the filler/splitter part because it is not incl in Vdue injection motor:

FRP filler part für reed case 43,80 / pc.

so the 45 degree inlet set up seems to be the way forward
ive just bought all my parts from Piero including barrels and clutch
and now have a complete engine ,i have 39mm pwk carbs
only inlet parts i have other than the reed blocks are these ,but i have a plan just need to find some 45 degree inlet rubbers

I have both part you posted, but no one fit exactly reed valve cage and Ihaven't space enough in front to fit 45° mainfold
i don't understand exactly if issues you mena are due to wide distance frome carbs to reed or are about material (aluminium vs frp)

i first case, i guarantee that distnce is increased approx 8 mm from stock one
about material, can't have any feedback at the moment

Hi Alex

Attached, you find a link to several pictures of Vdue inlet parts. Manifolds are FRP, FRP for Mikuni carbs 38mm carbs, Bimota Evoluzione, my custom 90 degree (which did not work very well). Reeds are polaris RMK800 and polaris RMK800 V-force.

i have decided to go with the rs 250 loom and electrics
rs250 TPS ,pv motor ,lights and switches
i got a zeel v24 from borat with a basic map in it hope to have it next week, the rotor from Germany
i also bought a set of aprilia sapc plugs from sean at the tuning works
so the plan is to wire the engine, tps, and anything else needed into the zeel
and then the zeel back into the loom using the plugs already on the loom and the new ones so just like std rs250 plugging into the sapc box
so no cutting ! lol
i also have some different coils as v-due ones will not be usable with the output used by the zeel box
ive been told by borat that the bimota coils only work with std bimota cdi so using nsr250 mc21 or rs250 coils .
need to start thinking who i can get to build the exhausts for me .

Bravo, Alex - beautiful pipes!!

Did you use a stinger inside the converging cone, or is there no stinger?

any more progress Alex ?
mine has just gone for the exhausts making ,
just got an r6 radiator and had it changed to suit the v-due engine
i didnt know if the rs250 radiator would be big enough/ thick enough as its very thin
have you thought about where your going to mount battery ,power-valve motor ,oil tank thermostat housing ,zeel box, and the rest ?
i did my front engine mount different to how you did yours i used the std rs cradle ,
some pics

no news

or better a lot of news but I've delivered rollingh chassis engine and chambers to my customer/friend
and now he's going to build all other things you asked.

I have some pictures of seat, swingarm and fairning mockup
and more progress coming on coolant circuit or airbox, but i have to ask before post his pictures.

any more updates on this Alex ? ive seen a lot on italian forum but cant read it
i hope to be starting mine up for the first time over christmas
im just sorting the last of the wiring , the zeel v-24 box is wired up
just got the pick up to do .
put a 40mm core new ally radiator on it and it fits really nice ,just above the top carb it slightly touches it .
but it has a lot more coolant than the std rs250 rad ,and filler cap in an accessible place like a normal bike
i changed it all to mk2 parts from mk1 there was a lot more than i thought there was to change
bought a tiny lythium battery for it ,that weighs 500g not 3200g like a std v-due battery and is really small so i can hide it easyer.
i will send a vid of it running when it does
then it will be taken to bits again and everything will be plastic coated and painted .

im a bit further on than this ,loom and most of wiring is on and done,
except wire up the pickup
radiator is on but waiting on some hoses and ally pipe ,
top pipe needs some mods as it was made to fit mk1 subframe and bodywork
but i need to buy some bodywork and will alter it to suit that .
