Haha! You beat me to it and took the words out of my mouth.
I totally agree. It has been a while since my last contribution Tom so I too have sent a donation to help fund the cause. Keep up the good work. This site mean everything to us smokers!

Tom,
Sent you a contribution, Thank you for getting me back into loving these bikes again. I have gained so much looking at all of the builds. The problem is way to many choices, ref my build.

WOW
You guys ROCK
This kind of camaraderie between all our 2T enthusiasts is what has kept me going all these years.... the passion amongst us is still strong and seems to be growing.
I'm sorry we had to make this huge change to our forums, which has caused me no shortage of stress, but it was necessary as the world of computers and the software that drives it moves on we were lagging behind because I have always followed the thinking of "if it ain't broke, don't try and fix it"
Unfortunately, due to an upgrade on our host server computer, we finally BROKE
No worries, though, as I have some keen blokes in my back pocket who stepped up and know how to "git 'er done" - mostly because they're also keen 2T enthusiasts and have the burnt bean oil smell permanently etched in their being....
Again, I am sorry for the niggling little problems this change has caused all of us to endure, and that we've had to learn a new way of doing things here, but WE'RE STILL ALIVE AND ARE THE BEST 2T FORUM ON THE PLANET (at least that's the way I see it)... (but I'm biased)
OK... so listen up ...
We need to tip our helmets to Jeff Mills (hybrid), as without his computer programing skills we would be FUBAR right now and I would be committing hari-kari
THANKS JEFF... YOU ROCK
I've got some stuff in my back pocket for our special members that'll be released here very soon that involves some of jackson.40's stuff - and we know what he's capable of....
You guys ROCK

Thanks Jeff for keeping this great site alive
Tom, I go on several 2-stroke forums and can hand on heart agree that this is the best one also in my opinion
Too many forums lately and not only 2-stroke ones have resulted in myself turning my back on them due to the amount of total arseholes that seem hell bent to disrupt and cause big rifts amongst the community and it drives me nut's
I'm glad to say that I haven't witnessed it on here and long may that continue, so I tip my hat to all the members on here keeping this site a great haven to be part of I guess owners of the 500 are fairly unique in that owning one means you are very passionate about them and I believe without this great site it would be much harder (especially for me) to have reached my dream in owning one!

Re: Show your support!
That extends to the 350 side as well. I've never seen guys more passionate about bikes than RD/RZ/RZV owners. I have a few bikes here and our little 350/500 forum is the only place I hang out. The willingness of others to help compelte strangers always amazes me. There is a genuine love for these old bikes and a real desire to save as many as possible. I am constantly astounded at the skills of forum members. It's getting hard to pick up a magazine without seeing one of their amazing creations. This forum feeds my two stroke passion and I am grateful for all the work that goes into maintaining it.Vin wrote: I guess owners of the 500 are fairly unique in that owning one means you are very passionate about them and I believe without this great site it would be much harder (especially for me) to have reached my dream in owning one!
