All my Images are still up, I have not and will not sign in to PB again. Hopefully the images will remain on the forum. Great bit of advice Dave, Thanx
No problem Dan, All my Pics are still there, they just don't show up on a 3rd party site when you post the image

Done and dusted, I just downloaded all my pics and closed the account and sent them a very nice email, I think I will go with Imgur.com for now. Upload a few and link them and see how it goes

I have had great luck with Imageshack.com

Been using their $40 per year option since they went Pay-to-Play in 2014.

Cheap at the price.

No, it will happen to everyone. They seem to be staging it.
Maybe so they don't overload their support people with "WTF" emails.

If you have a paid account, it happens when your subscription expires.

All accounts will be converted by December 31st.

I just got an email from them telling me that 3rd party hosting would be disabled on my account shortly. Is it possible to have a public folder on Google Drive/Dropbox, etc. and host them from there?

It might be better for me to start my own website for my projects, and host my own photos.

I know nothing about it at this point.

If you have your own website, there are image hosting scripts you can use to upload and share your pics.
A few are reviewed here:

https://freedif.org/opensource-image-ho ... wn-server/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Photobucket sucks now. For the past year it has been getting slower and slower and more and more useless. Fuck Photobucket.

You can resize your photos and post here as attachments. Keep the size limit to 256K. That is plenty. You can only attach 2 pics per post, so post as many times as needed to get the job done. If you go to your account settings you see "Manage Attachments" so you can keep it all under control.

If you go to the bottom of my thread page you'll see some of my attachments http://www.rzrd500.com/500phpBB3/viewto ... &start=180" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
