Is there a problem with PM's or message replies, nothing leaving my out box

Usually they stay in your outbox until they've been read.

Like Ronnie suggested, messages will remain in your outbox until the person you're contacting logs on to the forum and reads your message. It is then moved to your "Sent" box. But, like Vin has mentioned, if any of your message boxes are at the max limit, nothing moves and you have to delete some old stuff to free-up space for new messages.
