Paul, the girl I don't know about, having a professional artist that may help us out, Priceless!!!guys if Pauls nephew will help us out and we are going with the modded look (depends when Tom closes the poll) we can get the body work and then incorporate some paint schemes, listen to that kind of like a factory teams we'll call it the owners group livery, were having to much fun.

Yep.... Thats the ones......... What he could do is do the art work, the panels would have to be finished ready for the art work. He doesn't do paint jobs.

This is getting to be fun.

Good thought's Guy's
I like the idea :smt023

On another note, I was just thinking (watch-out it's dangerous when the mind starts to work!) that my contact for available new Yamaha OEM part's gets me a super discount deal on items as she is in parts Canada.
example:
23L-26246-00-00 Bar Gripe End Cap / list $10.99 / my cost $6.71 usd.
47X-11610-00-00 Piston ring (std) / list $ 53.99 / my cost $26.89 usd.
93103-35149-00 Oil Seal (47X) / list $25.99 / my cost $14.78 usd............

My discount offerings to the project if needed for this great site.

Not sure about the chick theme ... but maybe something like... "RZ500 GP Replica" or something similar ghost painted into the side panels would sure look the business ... that might appeal to more buyers ... $ :smt023

Agreed.... the nose art thing is more something for the heavy cruiser-type motorcycle customizing crowd - not so much something for what we're doing here, I think. But I think you're right in that doing something a little bit special with this bodywork/paint will draw-in a broader spectrum of buyers....

Hi Tom

I just sent $25.00 for the raffle. I really won't have a use for the gasket set that is the prize, so if I win, can it be sold, and the money used for incidentals that would need to be purchased for the build?

List me as:

Paul... thanks for the raffle entry  but you do know there's MUCH more in the raffle prize kit than a gasket set, right??

Anyone who wins the raffle is free to do whatever you want with it, so I have no problem with what you offered, Paul....

How about a replica of the 83/84 Daytona winners. It's been 25 years and I think we could adapt an RZ very nicely to that configuration and maybe get Eddie Lawson to sign the tank?
