COTA track weekend and some Lone Star Lemans cars

#1 Post by pstamper » Sun Sep 13, 2015 6:30 pm

Few pics from the weekend and why I enjoy the track so much. Kris's girlfriend and I managed to get up the tower to get some pictures. Unfortunately we got kicked off. Great video to upload when I can get movie maker to work. Was also an NSR 250 running today in my group but I gave my spot up because of being too sore. Some Le Mans cars at COTA practicing and setting up this weekend also. They were nice enough to let me roam the garages as they worked on the cars. BMW said only picture outside garage, the were swapping an engine. Mr. Rick Lance engine did great as always and handed the bike over to the capable hands of Kris Lillegard that rides an MV Agusta in the Moto America Series. Simply amazing what a good rider can do with a well set up bike. Can not wait to get video up. He passed well over 30 rider in one session. FNNN movie maker. He said needed a little steeper steering angle to turn in easier. Simply drop the forks and all is good.

That was me. Had shifter issues though. I will talk to you about it. We both still hit the shifter on lefts at turn 11 and 12. After listening to video Kris also hit the lower chamber. Found a new dent during inspection at shop.

Having video issue on helmet cam video Have two video with a great action video back at rider but it does not show the 37+ passes in one session. Which one do you think.

Will do but fnnn movie maker is not allowing me to post to you tube. Downloaded go pro uploader and it won't open. I can open my you tube account but when opened from movie maker says password incorrect. Would of been done tonight.
