Hi Vin
It looks really cool, including how you have removed the battery and left that gap under the seat.
I could possibly be in a group buy too as part of a (very slow) RZ restoration and conversion to RZVR alloy frame.
Some questions:
- Will Lomas pipes fit?
- Just to get an idea, how much did the seat cost? Maybe easier to buy that through you as well...
- How much would it cost to send to Melbourne, Australia?
- Does the tail light need any extra brackets to fit?

That's all I can think of for now.
Let us know.
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

I believe the lomas pipes are very similar to my jolly moto ones so should be fine.
The seat unit or single seat was not made by myself but was on the bike when I bought it, I will be only supplying a copy of the seat unit itself and it will be down to the buyer to sort the seat out.
For postage costs I will only be able to quote this when I have a seat unit done as my original is well over engineered and probably weighs twice the weight as a copy will be!
As for the rear light it looks like it is in the original position but I will be doing more investigation soon to see the difference between my subframe and an original one as this was also modified by the previous owner.

I have had an update from the guy that would be doing the seat units.

Price per seat unit will be £130 + postage, I really need 5 buyers to make things worthwhile so would appreciate a list starting and when I have at least 5 names I will need £50 deposit before I give the green light to start work.

Unfortunately I can't give a postage cost until I have one made but I will shop around and get the best price nearer the time.

I can't leave this going too long as if I do get interested parties it's not fair on them to wait so if we say a month to gather the names from today that should give us a rough idea if it is a go'er or not.

I may be interested in a seat unit also.
If Stefan is still interested we could share shipping cost.

Also I would just like to add and make things clear that the deposit will be non-refundable if after you decide that you don't want to proceed and pull out from the offer!
