Where is ATR / What has happened to ATR

#1 Post by 51x » Tue Sep 16, 2008 10:43 pm

HI, I was just wondering if anyone know what had happened to ATR. I've been trying to get hold of Andy Jones at Adjustmenttech (ATR) and can't seem to. The website is down and the number listed on it is no longer is service.

Cheers, Jason

Here's the deal... We were out at the quagmire called the Indy MotoGP ridin our Silly little 500's back and forth to the track each day in the pourin down rain.

Andy got pneumonia the week after Indy and was in the hospital and ordered to bed for a week.

In the mean time his Web service provider failed to renew his Domain name.

I talked to he and the lovely Mrs Jones tonight and he is balls to the wall busy... building RZ500/RZ350/500Gamma/ motors and a couple of other four strokes. The HAAS CNC Mill is busy crankin out parts and he has lots of Dyno work.

Call him at the shop in Peterboro @ 705-749-6477

I was going over the specifics and timing for the two engine projects we have going. The first is a super secret 498cc V4 2t motor that should conservatively make 150 RWHP and NOT need a counter balancer. The second is the build of my 1999 1200s Sportster factory Hotrod engine into a 1250 XR1000 headed dual 40mm TM40 pumper carbed roller rockered Mert Lawwilll custom cammed 7500rpm 6 speed daily driver. If you recall the 1200s has fully adjustable SHOWA cartridge forks and fully adjustable SHOWA piggy back shocks along with full floating triple disk brakes dual plugs and single fire igniton from the factory. I'm just taking it a bit further. Same deal as my 500. I'll build the chassis, Andy builds the motor and sets it up on the dyno. We will have to do some development work on the pipes (OEM XR1000 pieces with the factory race kit) and jetting.
