I can offer a CR125 flywheel conversion kit with custom rewound stator.
It saves about 1.2 kg.
Kit is:
1. flywheel 72 mm OD
2. stator 3-phase 12V
3. 2 x pick up coils
4. billet adapter plate & cover
5. regulator
6. fully adjustable CDI
7. 4 x ignition coils
8. wiring (optional)
9. analog tacho/temp gauge (optional)
10. gauge stay (optional)
11. servo with cables (optional)
12. battery box (optional)

other optional parts (TPS, Powerjets, shift light, clutch sensor etc) could be added upon request.

Here is pictured with a close ratio box & adjustable primaries.

Will it work with a Zeeltronics PCDI-24v?

It works with any DC-CDI, but a CDI is offered with the kit.

I can offer separately parts.

Kit originally designed for a 90° firing order and kit supports a 90° firing order.

In that case kit has more difficulties, parts & options.

If someone is willing to race this kit and contribute to the development, he can contact me by PM or preferably email.

Hi George,

Just wondering if you offer a standard rewound stator? - the readings on mine are out of spec.

Cheers,
Paul.

Hi Paul,

Not yet. I have plans to offer a rewind service for RZ500, but not before summer.
