Took three days from japan I only wanted the float valves but the come with everything

I would fill the valves with oil using a syringe, cut the line and fit that way there will be very little air introduced

nicked from a previous post incase you missed it

So ive had my rg460 tuned it at Mr Dents getting set up and I suspect (secretly hoping)its too much for the clutch so whats the best way to go when upgrading the clutch?

Does anyone know what the compression should be on a 460 ?

I made my own you have to do each cylinder separate,I used an exhaust flange and cut out an aluminium disc and a matching rubber disc for the exhaust,and made a 3mm steel flange with a schreader valve fitted for the inlet

I would need to replace the crankseals it will eat it’s self in a couple of hundred miles if it’s sat since 2000

I stripped mine and rebuilt it completely but got it bored out to 460 by Mark Dent it uses 125 pistons and 500 headgaskets by the time I was finished it cost £2000 for the engine rebuild/ upgrade but it’s done right

Yeah I just got a single seat cowl for £250 from my local Suzuki dealer he gets discount but can’t get a discount on a bellypan for some reason

That will be why a rg500 bellypan is £999

I’ve been thinking about changing the wheels and front end any recommendations for an easy swap
