Re: Help!!! Fuel cap doesn't unlock anymore...
Silverstorm, apparently a tumbler(-s) had a dirt issue: My neighbour (who is a lock specialist) had a lot of issues with door locks, just because of a little dirt, in the lock and even on the key: had a BMW 1200 GS and after cleaning the key it worked great again. Even a straw will do the trick, WD4...

An update: Thought it wa solved, but problem started after a while again.
After the winter i noticed that the battery was down, bought me a lithium one.
Now i can say (after 2 month) that this solved the prob.

Re: NEED A NEW RD/RZ 500 FUEL CAP ?
I'm done, back to the original one.
Tried the ybr on my bike but the 2 hooks don't come low enough, there's too little space between those 2 hooks that locks the cap.
Maybe i have a crappy one..

Re: NEED A NEW RD/RZ 500 FUEL CAP ?
I'd ordered an YBR fuel cap on the bay. To dismantle the original, there are 2 rubbers under the washer, first one was an easy thing to remove, the other one sat deeper. The last tumbler made me sweat, took the slot out and this last tumbler came out, just under the metal of the original cap. Small ...

Re: I'm not grounded, but it should be (turn signa vs rpm ga
Okay, rectifier/ regulator is okay, grounding is good (measured on several points) Stator: Allso good. Changed the coil: Bad connection on wire/ spark plug (had one in stock). If it isn't solved i'll try extra grounding, i'm down in ideas... Ground from battery is a little bit tiny. First ride the b...

Re: Led headlight bulbs
Most LED lights can't be used in Europe due to regulations. The cheaper ones are blinding traffic.

Hi,
Measured the battery, only 9,5 V.
Started the engine, only ca 10 V on the battery.
Charged it till ca 12,9 V, battery seems good (YPVS control works fine now)
Should i change the stator or are there other things to check?
Regards,
Richard
