Is yours working now with new Pv or was it zeel ??

Thanks for your responses guys , everything
Is working except pv , so I'm guessing it's the
Zeel , bike runs great it's still very aggressive
after 6500rpm and midrange is good .
I'll send it after this bloody virus , it's very frustrating looking at it in the garage

I forgot to add we did test battery when running And got 15 V , it was a new regulator last summer !! But I’m sure something overloaded the Zeel , the fault code on hand held says position sensor fault or pv not connected , the Zeel Won’t do anything with pv when asked to ie pv test !

He says maybe regulator/rectifier
I’m just hoping I haven’t fried Zeel

Just to add , pv work when power is connect direct .

So my bike rd500 cut out after a 10 min ride , it was if the stop switch was pressed !! The speedo which is powered from the loom (it’s electronic) stopped at 40mph and stayed there ! I had power to my neutral light ! I have no lights or indicators as I’m on a day time mot ! So it seemed my ignition...

I'm referring to the drive gears on the end
of the cranks , thanks for the reply though ?

So when my drive gear nuts came loose I just tightened
them up ,, after checking the manual there seems to be
A conical washer behind the nut , I'm sure mine hasn't !
Do I need this washer and if so what size thanks .

Like someone said you can buy new plugs or use your own
Off the old units

Hi Paul , the zeeltronic just replaces the
Standard control boxes , you have to swap
The plugs over so no need to mess with
The loom !!
Have you purchased one already ??
