I agree, it’s just strange that he’d never had an issue and it was just my set up that was way off, go figure

Strange twist with the usual brake upgrade

I finally did a typical front brake upgrade using early R1/FZ1 calipers & master cylinder with EBC floating rotors which many have done with no issues (far as I know). I ordered caliper adapters from NK Racing which are beautiful to behold. Once installed I saw that the calipers were not centere...

Re: Laguna Seca AHRMA race on Sunday 2023

Enjoyed your Open Two Stroke Paul, it’s always a hoot getting to see the camera view forward, like riding with you lol! Gearing is always a compromise, would be so trick to have different individual gear ratios to play with, as long as someone trustworthy was doing the wrench spinning . I miss...

Re: Front Discs 8mm OEM v 6mm Options

I used some cast iron floating discs that came off an RZ350 I was working on. They were rusty & ugly so the owner wanted Chinese wave rotors. I cleaned & painted them and they worked well at a couple track days, no more warped rotors just smooth hard braking! Unfortunately I have no idea wha...

Re: Fuel Filter Outlet - don't get ripped off!

Taps arrived. Will get fitted once the tank is almost dry. Will I need to cut the heat shield or does it fit with having to cut it? One of my bikes it fitted perfectly, the other I had to put a small dent in it so the tap would clear, It would leak when it hit the shield Just ordered the TZR petcoc...

Re: TRACK DAY BEAST

I do trackdays on a regular base and I happen to have such situations all the time. From both perspectives, BTW. My strategy is easy: If someone annoys you either way and it can't be resolved by going fast enough, just calm down. Go through pitlane and he'll be half a lap away. Done that many many ...

Re: eBay Fairing

Hi Smokamoto, I once bought a right side panel and the bottom part, as a trial instead of reparing my original parts, from this seller. They were a 100% fit to the remaining original parts and the optical quality is nice. Much better fit than the Chinese fairings. /Steen Thank you for trying them o...
