Re: Wilson Performance Carb Kit and Jetting
I would not run race gas myself, just the eth free high octane pump gas. As for jetting Bill Wilson would know, he is the expert on that.

I would think 100K USD for any custom 46 units made 4 cylinder 2 stroke. I am sure it will be priced out my range. But still excited about its release, cant wait.

I can barely afford my RG500 and RZ500, I bet this bike will cost 10X to buy and maintain, but I still have to have one!

Good to hear Nick. I had my ACL replaced in my left knee, no major pain and didnt do any rehab, never wore the brace. Was lucky, had a great doctor.

Re: PRESTON FASTLINE EBAY SCAM
Anytime someone offers free shipping for a bike, ITS A SCAM! I called about a RZ here in florida, even though It was local to me, the seller says that he boxed it and cant be seen, he is in afgan fighting the war, but dont worry he will ship it anywhere for free, thats why I need to western union th...

Re: Rg400/Rg500 exhausts
When I removed the ducts and added the high flow filters, the main jet went from 110 to 250 (on both RG400 and RG500), the bike went from a funny sounding average bike to a screaming GP replica that sounds awesome. It reminds of riding the TZ750. Even though they run much better, I dont think the hp...

Re: Rg400/Rg500 exhausts
Hey Rick, happy holidays! I played around with the JL pipes, and a unkown set?? on the RG400 and RG500, I clearly like the stock ones better, better fit, the JL's would require a lot of mods to get the proper fit of the stock pipes. I like the stock pipe performance also, but remember my gammas are ...

Re: Rg400/Rg500 exhausts
Hey Bogey, I am curious to hear your results. I would doubt you feel any difference, unless its a race bike. I have experimented with a few sets of pipes on rg500 and rg400, changing jetting, tweaking, etc. My bikes are stock with just high flow air filters and larger mains to match the filters. I t...

Re: Gamma Clutch kit
Everything can be clean and the floats set perfect, and guess what? It will still leak! Maybe! It has to do with the static head pressure on the float valve, the carbs on the gamma are down low, compared to other bikes that the valve is used on, I would guess the gamma puts double the pressure on th...

Re: Gamma Clutch kit
A year later my gamma is still shifting great, the clutch kit works. I think the ball valves will allow greater fuel flow, do not think they have an effect on the leaking. Ask rick about the leaking, when it happens I turn my aux petcocks off and on and it stops. It has never happened on my pre mix ...

When the RZ500 was new in your country
Here in the US there were no RZ500, I didnt even know they existed till after production had ceased. The RZ350 was in local Yamaha dealerships. Believe it or not, did not sell well, they still had 2 84 models in 87 (dont remember the price, but it was cheap), I wanted one but could not afford it at ...

Yes its there, electric start, rare on a 2 stroke, had one on a VJ23, i really prefer to just kick it though.
